More than 1,000 arrested nationwide under America's new anti-statutory-stalking legislation.
More than 1,000 people, mostly men, have been arrested across the United States of America under new Federal legislation aimed to eliminate statutory stalking. Under the new legislation, a person commits statutory stalking when he;
-Approaches any woman in the community, welcomed or not.
-Has any kind of non-business conversation with any employee at work. Permitted or not.

-Visits any person at any place of business or employment, invited or not.
-Forms or attempts to form any type of friendship, welcomed or not, with any dating, engaged, or married couple.

-Continues any type of friendship with any woman who gets into a relationship with another man.
Statutory stalking is a capital felony under Federal law in the United States of America, which is heavily, aggressively, and thoroughly investigated by the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Military, the U.S. Marshals, the U.S. Supreme Court, and carries a sentence of three hundred (300) years to life in prison and/or the death penalty.
Since the new legislation was passed Monday, March 29th, 2021, more than 1,000 people across the nation have been arrested for statutory stalking. Including but not limited to;
-A man in Houston, TX was arrested by FBI and Homeland Security officers when he was spotted having dinner with an engaged couple not part of his family at an outdoor restaurant cafe.
-A man was arrested when he was spotted by FBI officers at a bar in Nashville, TN visiting a bartender who invited him to her new bar after she left work at another bar. The bartender was also arrested and charged with harboring and aiding a statutory stalker.
-A man was arrested in Tampa, FL when he was spotted by multiple Homeland Security officers strolling through Ybor City accompanied by a dating couple not part of his family.
-75 men were arrested on Miami Beach when they were seen interacting with people not part of their families and cliques.
