Non-business visit with nurse gets Kansas man 250 years prison.
Man visits nurse at Wesley Medical Center for non-business reasons, gets arrested, sentenced to 250 years to life in Federal prison.
Wichita, KS; A man was sentenced Monday, June 28th, 2021 to 250 years in prison by the United States Federal court in Washington, DC for allegedly visiting a nurse at Wichita's Wesley Medical Center for non-business reasons.
The man allegedly visited the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita on Saturday, April 24th, 2021, intent on visiting a nurse who was on duty at work at the facility. According to surveillance video, the man had a 7 minute visit with the nurse until it was halted by a platoon of FBI and Homeland Security officers along with Sedgwick County SWAT whom swarmed in and arrested the man and the nurse as well.
The man testified in court, claiming the nurse used to work at "his favorite bar" located near Downtown Wichita. To which the Judge replied; "We don't care how harmless your motives were, what you did that day, the 24th Day of April 2021, was illegal under Federal law and does not fly whatsoever in this country.

The man was convicted of the following offenses;
-Disrupting the business environment (carries 135 years to life in prison)

-Felony trespassing without business on United States Government property (115 years to life in prison)
and was sentenced to two hundred fifty (250) years to life in prison. He is scheduled to begin serving his sentence at the U.S. Penitentiary near Marion, Illinois and will be eligible for parole on July 25th, 2271.
