Single rider gunned down, killed by ride operator while waiting in line to go on popular carnival ride.
Fort Myers, Fl; A single rider is dead tonight following a shooting at the Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair at the Lee County Civic Center. According to reports, the single rider got in line to go on a carnival ride called the Zipper when he was gunned down and killed by the operator of the Zipper. A spokesman for Chance Rides, Inc. says the operator has not been arrested and will not be charged and has been complimented by Chance Rides, Inc for his actions against the single rider.
