Three sentenced by Federal court for statutory stalking.
Two Tennessee men, one Tennessee bartender, sentenced, two to life, one gets death penalty, for statutory stalking.
Nashville, TN; A bartender and a male customer will be spending the remainder of their lives in Federal prison for statutory stalking after the bartender, whom was reportedly working at a new bar near St. Thomas Hospital, posted on that bar's Facebook page in February that she was working there, drawing two former regulars from another bar whom reportedly she used to work at. During their trial at the Federal Courthouse in Washington, DC, the three spoke out, but the Judge said; "We don't know what country you think you're from where you can invite old regulars to your new place of work, and guys, we don't know what country you think you're from that lets you go visit an old bartender at a new bar, even invited. But in the United States of America, it absolutely does not fly at all! Someone moves on, you are to cut them out of your lives, stay away from them, and have zero contact with them ever again." Both patrons were convicted of statutory stalking.
