Tropical Smoothie Cafe Honors SWFL Franchisee Dan Beaulieu

Tropical Smoothie Cafe®, a leading national fast-casual cafe franchise known for both its better-for-you smoothies and food with a tropical twist, announced earlier this month that Dan Beaulieu received the Run Great Cafes Award during its virtual 2020 Summer Celebration awards ceremony. Beaulieu own six Tropical Smoothie Cafes in Southwest Florida and plans to open an additional two cafes.

The Run Great Cafes Award recognizes the Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchisee who has distinguished themselves as an outstanding operator who consistently meets or exceeds the system’s goals for quality, service, speed, commitment and collaboration. Beaulieu, who acquired three of his six cafes in December, has shown consistent dedication not only to his cafes but to his managers and crew members through comprehensive training and awards programs.

The Summer Celebration virtual event was held in lieu of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe annual convention, which was cancelled earlier this year due to COVID-19. The first-ever online ceremony hosted hundreds of attendees who joined together with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe executive team and corporate support center to acknowledge and reward the company’s leading franchisees and crew members for their exceptional work throughout 2019.
