Visit to Nevada bar gets 3 patrons, bartender 300 years prison.
3 patrons, 1 bartender from Las Vegas bar convicted of statutory stalking, 2 get 300 to life, 2 get death penalty.
Las Vegas, NV; Four people won't be seeing freedom ever again after they were charged with statutory stalking and harboring & aiding a statutory stalker. A female bartender whom used to work at a popular bar on the Las Vegas strip and recently got a new job in February at another bar farther north near the California Hotel & Casino allegedly posted on Facebook that she was there which drew three of her former patrons there. The post was almost immediately seen and investigated by the FBI and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security whom immediately sent multiple platoons of officers to the bar whom arrested all 3 patrons and the bartender, all of whom were tracked down by their cell phones.
During their trial at the Federal courthouse in Washington, DC, the defendants stated; "She posted on her Facebook where she was working, we hadn't seen her in over a month, she told us we were welcome to go visit her! Why are you doing this!?" To which the Judge replied; "Guys, we don't know what country you think you're from that you think you can be friends with a bartender, but in the United States of America, it absolutely does not fly at all. As for you, bartender, inviting former patrons to your new place of work constitutes a capital felony under Federal law in the United States. In this country, you are expected to cut everyone out of your life when you move on in work. You can not make friends with customers, and customers are not to make friends with you, that's how America works."
The 3 patrons were each convicted of statutory stalking. One was sentenced to three hundred (300) years to life in prison, is scheduled to begin serving his sentence at the United States Penitentiary near Marion, Il, and will be eligible for parole on January 20th, 2321. The other two patrons were each sentenced to death. The bartender was convicted of harboring and aiding a statutory stalker and was sentenced to three hundred (300) years to life in prison, is scheduled to begin serving her sentence at the Federal Correctional facility near Terre Haute, Indiana, and will be eligible for parole on March 15th of the year 2321.
