June's Gulfport Memory Cafe
A meet, greet, and eat get together for those with memory problems, their spouse and/or their family caregivers.

If you have recently been diagnosed with dementia or have had it for a while, or you have memory problems yet to be diagnosed, you and your spouse or family caregiver are invited to attend. Dementia does not discriminate by age, race, sex, religion, or personal economics. It is an equal opportunity disease.
Join our growing group Monday, June 19th, 11:15-1:00 @ Neptune Grill Restaurant located @ 5501 Shore Blvd. S. in Gulfport, Fl.
We're continuing our "Where'd you come from?" series this month as we virtually travel to Minnesota, "Land of 10,000 Lakes". We'll hop aboard a virtual jet & land in Sweden so next month we can begin exploring the birth countries of our ancestors outside of the US.

The meeting is free to attend. Food is available to purchase, & a simplified menu is available to make ordering quicker & easier.
Memory Cafe offers social interaction, laughter, education, and helps to prevent isolation that dementia may cause. Socialization is essential in maintaining higher life satisfaction. Memory Cafe helps to raise dementia awareness in the communities where we work and live. GP Memory Cafe is a welcoming and non-judgemental place to make new friends.
