Mardi Gras Theme for Gulfport's March Memory Cafe

THIS Monday, March 20th, 11:15-12:30pm. A casual lunch outing for folks living with dementia & their loved ones who care for them daily.

Living with dementia can be isolating. If you have early onset dementia, early - mild dementia- or are a spouse/caregiver of someone with dementia, this meeting is for you!

Now there's an event called Memory Cafe that offers relaxed social interaction in a safe & friendly environment, laughter, a bit of education, and great conversation. Research shows that a social support system is key to better health and a higher quality of life. Memory Cafes help raise dementia awareness in the communities where we live. That's what we're doing at the Gulfport Memory Cafe.

Meetings are professionally guided by Jane Ogilvie of Senior Solutions of Pinellas Co., and Cate McCarty of Dr. Cate, Dementia Coach.
