TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING PARTNERS WITH PODS(R) ENTERPRISES, LLC

PODS Enterprises, LLC announced a multi-year agreement with the Tampa Bay Lightning. PODS will be the official moving and storage provider for the Tampa Bay Lightning and will also join the team in some of its many community efforts. Both the Lightning and PODS are dedicated to giving back to the Tampa Bay area.

Not only are we looking forward to providing them with moving and storage services, we see it as a great partnership platform that will help both of us give back to the community,” says John Koch for PODS. “We look forward to supporting the Lightning as they enter another exciting season.”

The Lightning are involved with many community outreach programs around the Tampa Bay area. Throughout the Lightning’s 41 regular season home schedule, the club honors a Community Hero and award $50,000 to eligible non-profit organizations that are representative to a Hero’s cause. The Lightning’s Community Hero program is now in its fifth year. Lightning employees take part in the company’s CHARGE program, where staff annually volunteer more than 4,000 hours at various non-profit charities. The Lightning work with dozens of local non-profit charities, working to make Tampa Bay a great place to live.

In addition, PODS will feature one of its PODS containers on the plaza at Amalie Arena, which will include a co-branded wrap featuring several Lightning players for fan photo ops.
