Gulfport Fresh Market: The Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market runs today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Just a reminder for customers - Kilpatrick's Produce has moved to a new location at the south end of Beach Blvd. They are located in the parking lot at La Cote Basque. To stay up to date on all the market's news - "like" them on Facebook.
Council Meeting: Water rate increases and Phase I of the Clymer Park Art Walk Project - are both on the agenda for tonight's city council meeting. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Gulfport City Hall. If you can't make it in person, you can watch the meeting stream live on the city's website. Also, be sure to check out the agenda for more information.
Tim Dorsey at the Gulfport Public Library: Acclaimed Florida author Tim Dorsey will be gracing the library with his presence Thursday, September 19 at 7pm! Check out his new book Electric Barracuda and reserve your spot to hear him speak by calling Alex at 727-893-1073.
Sock Hop at the Casino: Get your tickets now for The Impacs at "Rock Roll N Remember" on Friday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom. Advance tickets are $15, $20 at the door. Come out to the concert and sock hop on Friday! Click here to buy tickets in advance.
Rain a Strong Possibility: With a 50 percent chance of storms in the afternoon and evening hours Tuesday, Sept. 17, it might be a good idea to keep an eye on the skies as you head out the door. The National Weather Service also says highs should reach the lower 90s.
