1 Man Exposes Genitals To Officer, Other Suspect Offers Sex: Cops
Two Polk County men face charges of lewd activity when detectives accused one man of groping an officer, and the other exposing himself.
POLK COUNTY, FL — Two local men were arrested on charges of lewd acts when they asked undercover detectives to have sex with them, the Polk County Sheriff's Office said.
In the first incident, 74-year-old James Charles Leamy of Dundee, grabbed a detective's groin after he asked him for sexual activity at Lake Fannie Boat Ramp, according to investigators. Leamy was charged with battery and offer/agree to commit a lewd act.
Sixty-seven-year-old Clifford Mark Sutton, a registered sex offender of Auburndale, exposed his penis to an undercover detective at Saddle Creek Park, detectives said. Sutton asked the undercover detective for sexual activity also. The suspect was charged with offer/agree to commit a lewd act and indecent exposure.

"Polk County has beautiful parks where our citizens, families and children can enjoy the outdoors," Sheriff Grady Judd said. "We patrol our public parks to prevent illegal activity and to enforce county ordinances and state law. We will continue to arrest people who engage in lewd activity in our public places."
