Delays Caused By Malfunction Signal On U.S. 17 In Winter Haven
Drivers can expect traffic delays near Publix because of a traffic signal stuck on flash that was caused by a crash, said police.
WINTER HAVEN, FL — Winter Haven drivers can expect heavy traffic this week along U.S. Highway 17 because of traffic signals stuck on flash at the intersection of Publix and St. Joseph Catholic Church, said Winter Haven Police Department.
The impact from a weekend crash involving a semi-truck on U.S. Highway 17 near Avenue M Northwest caused the traffic lights to experience operational problems, said authorities.
Law enforcement officials said drivers should consider alternate routes to avoid delays.
