Florida Gas Pipeline Test To Impact Local Roads
Florida Gas Transmission Co. announced today that it will test 5.6 miles of natural gas pipeline using water on Tuesday, March 27.

LAKELAND, FL – Florida Gas Transmission Co. announced today that it will test 5.6 miles of natural gas pipeline using water on Tuesday, March 27, as part of its ongoing pipeline safety management program.
The test will take place from midnight to 4 a.m. The pipeline crosses the following streets in Hillsborough and Polk Counties:

- Turkey Ridge Road
- Ranch Road
Polk County
- Shady Oak Drive West

- Ivy Fern Drive
- Rushing Road
- Lewellyn Road
- Youngway Drive
- County Road 35 / Kathleen Road
Any integrity issues identified during the test will be corrected before undergoing additional testing.
