ALDI has announced that it will complete more than 50 percent of its store remodels in Florida by the end of October.

TAMPA BAY, FL -- ALDI has announced that it will complete more than 50 percent of its store remodels in Florida by the end of October.

This growth initiative helps ALDI make room for new products, including more of the fresh products customers want most. With an emphasis on fresh, organic and easy-to-prepare options, 20 percent of products in every ALDI store will be new compared to last year.

ALDI is investing more than $115 million to remodel 83 stores throughout the state of Florida. This extensive project began in 2016, and is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2020. The investment is part of an aggressive $1.9-billion plan to remodel and expand more than 1,300 ALDI stores nationwide by 2020.
