Highland Homes Recognizes Top Producers for 2016
Highland Homes holds annual sales banquet for a celebration of last year's success

Florida-based home builder Highland Homes is thrilled to recognize outstanding achievements from its dedicated sales team. This year marked the 20th anniversary of Highland Homes acknowledging its team with awards and gifts to recognize their outstanding achievements.
Highland Homes prides itself on passion for the home building industry through strong customer focus and positive attitudes. The banquet, held on March 17, 2017 at the luxurious Grasslands Golf and Country Club in Lakeland, gave sales team members, management, and support staff a chance to celebrate in style.
This year’s awards categories included highest net sales, highest final closings, Sales Counselor of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Overall Community Manager of the Year, and a special appreciation award for excellence. Highland Homes was pleased to say that 2016 was its most successful year yet.

Sheila Stephenson took top honors in the Net Sales category, with 60, followed by Gene Kutcher with 59 and Sherri Stephens with 57. Sheila Stephenson also had the highest final closing units, at 68. Kutcher again earned the second spot at 56 and Roxanne Bowen had 49 for a third place honor.
Recognized as Sales Counselor of the Year, Katie Campbell-Barris had 80 Net Co-Sales in 2016, and the Rookie of the Year awards went to Ashley Williams as Sales Counselor and Will Wartenberg as Community Manager. Tina Neher earned recognition as the Overall Community Manager of the Year for her performance as a new home sales professional and Karen Gianos was given the Overall Excellence Award for her dedication to Highland Homes.
