Lakeland, Haines City Run-Off Elections In May
Following the results of the April 6 municipal elections, Lakeland and Haines City voters will vote in the upcoming run-off elections.

LAKELAND, FL — A run-off election is scheduled May 4 following the results of the April 6 municipal elections, Polk County Supervisor of Elections Lori Edwards said.
This is open to voters in Haines City and Lakeland. Haines City voters will choose between Anne Huffman and Kenneth Kipp for city commission seat 5, according to Edwards. Lakeland voters will vote for either Mike Musick or Shandale Terrell for city commissioner, District D-Southeast.
Registered voters who have moved or had a name change can update their record with the Elections Office before the May 4 run-off elections. You can also notify the Elections Office if your signature has changed.
