Lakeland Real Estate Company Announces Rebrand

CDV TransAtlantic, Inc. announces that it has changed its name to Lakeland Real Estate Group, Inc.

CDV TransAtlantic was founded in February 1999 and has been managed by Lakeland real estate broker Petra Norris since its inception.

Norris became co-owner in 2016 and pursued the name change to Lakeland Real Estate Group to create a more marketable brand.

“Lakeland means so much to me that having it included in the firm’s name is like the cherry on top of the cake,” Norris said.

Lakeland Real Estate Group specializes in residential real estate sales. Norris and her company have marketed and negotiated hundreds of transactions in Lakeland, as well as in Auburndale, Bartow, Mulberry, Lake Alfred, Polk City, Highland City, Kathleen and Winter Haven.

Norris is a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
