Man Killed In Argument At Lake Alfred Mobile Home Park: Report
The Polk County Sheriff's Office is searching for two men who shot and killed a 24-year-old during an argument at a mobile home park.
LAKE ALFRED, FL — A 24-year-old Polk County man was shot and killed around midnight Monday at mobile home park off U.S. Highway 17-92, Fox 13 News reported.
The victim, Jean Carlos "Felix" Colon got into an argument with either a friend or relative of his, and a man he was unfamiliar with. Investigators told the TV outlet that the possible relative and unknown man had guns.
Police aren't sure what the men were arguing about. The mobile home park is located next to Gary's Oyster Bar.

“I was surprised," Jeff Gossett, a local resident, told WFLA. "Lake Alfred’s a pretty quiet place. I was actually shocked to see everything going on this morning." Gossett's family owns Gary’s Oyster Bar.
“We’re not sure who shot who," Sheriff Grady Judd told WFLA and Fox. "We know that two different people shot. One shot, and the other shot in retaliation."

Judd told the TV stations that Colon did not fire a weapon. Two shots were fired, and one killed Colon.
“We’re going to try to hold the people accountable who are responsible but we just don’t know who they are," Judd said.
