Creative Youth
March 16 – April 21
2019 marks the 37th year that members of the U.S. House of Representatives have recognized the creative spirit of American high school students in grades 9-12 with a national art competition. PMA conducts the competition and mounts the exhibition for the 15th Congressional District including parts of Polk, Lake, and Hillsborough counties.
