Vaccine Event For Polk County School Staff: Age 50 And Older
Lake Region High School will host an indoor vaccine event for school personnel. Attendees can choose between Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.
EAGLE LAKE, FL — Lake Region High is holding a vaccine event for Polk County school employees age 50 and older on Saturday, the Polk County Public School District said.
Registration in advance is required for personnel who would like to get the vaccine. Walk-ins will not be permitted.
Johnson & Johnson vaccine and the Moderna vaccine will be the options offered to school staff members. The shots will be distributed inside the high school in case of inclement weather conditions.

The event takes place at 1995 Thunder Road, Eagle Lake, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday, March 13.
