Deputies Arrest 2 Accused In String Of Connerton Auto Burglaries
Pasco County Sheriff's deputies have made two arrests in a string of armed auto burglaries in the Connerton area.

LAND O' LAKES, FL — Pasco County Sheriff's deputies have made two arrests in a string of armed auto burglaries in the Connerton area.
On Saturday just after 7:30 p.m., deputies were called to a home in Land O' Lakes where the victim of an auto burglary told deputies she had surveillance video of a person on a bicycle and another on a scooter stealing items from her vehicle including a wallet with the victim's Florida driver's license, Social Security card and several debit/credit cards.
Shortly after, the auto burglars entered a second vehicle and took change and a black stun gun.

Deputies later located them in a nearby neighborhood wearing masks and gloves. Their clothing was a match to that seen by the burglars caught on the surveillance video.
Deputies arrested Dmitry Ivakhnenko, 19, of Blue Spring Drive in Land O' Lakes and a 16-year-old from Land O' Lakes for several counts of armed auto burglaries.

Deputies recovered the stun gun from Ivakhnenko along with a stolen loaded Derringer long handgun
