Kids Pre-Power Yoga Classes Start This Week At Florida Power Yoga

Florida Power Yoga is located in Land O'Lakes beside Beef O'Brady's across from Land O'Lakes High School.  It's not your typical yoga where you sit around Oming and mediatating.  Its an atheltic based high energy work-out that people are loving!  Men love the challenge, kids love the fun factor and women love that they and their families are getting healthier together. Kids do the classes right along adults.  Our youngest kids are 4 years old and they bring their parents to class cause they are excited to do adult activities.  We know how to teach beginneers better than anyone out there.  This summer we have special Kids Pre-Power Yoga Classes outside on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30am.  Parents can attend the inside class at the same time so everyone is getting their yoga on.  Babysitters can bring the kids with the parents consent.  Classes are $7. Kids need to bring their own mat.  Class is one hour.  Sometime within the summer each kid will cross over to the adult class.  We have the best value membership for family's happpening the month of June.  It only happens twice a year where we open the Single membership up to include your whole family for $99/month for 12 months.
