Sex Offender Violates Probation With Dirty Cell Phone Pics

Sexually explicit photos landed a 23-year-old Land O' Lakes convicted sex offender back in jail recently.

Terrell Montae Henderson-Butler, of Land O' Lakes Boulevard, was arrested Aug. 20 during a visit to his probation officer in New Port Richey. According to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report, Henderson-Butler violated a condition of his probation that prohibits him from viewing, possessing or accessing pornographic material.

Henderson-Butler is on the state's list of registered sex offenders. He was convicted in Hillsborough County for possessing a photo or picture "showing sexual performance by a child."

Yet during the meeting with a probation officer, authorities said, found two images of female genitalia in a sexual pose on his phone. Henderson-Butler said a female took the images of herself after they had sex.

Henderson-Butler remained lodged at Land O' Lakes Jail Thursday morning.
