State Trooper Accused Of Having Sex With 15-Year-Old Pasco Girl
A Florida Highway Patrol trooper has been arrested after being accused of sexual battery involving a 15-year-old girl.
LAND O' LAKES, FL — A Florida Highway Patrol trooper has been arrested after being accused of sexual battery involving a 15-year-old girl.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrested Riley Marcus Schwarz, 23, Saturday and charged him with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery involving sexual activity with a victim 12-15 years of age.
The parents filed a complaint with the sheriff's office after finding a journal that belonged to the teen documenting encounters between the girl and Schwarz beginning in September 2018 when the girl was 14 years old.

In an interview with Schwarz, he admitted to having sex with the teen six to eight times in her home in Pasco County and in the back seat of his car at a Mobil gas station in Land O' Lakes.
Schwarz turned himself in at the Land O' Lakes Detention Center.

The sheriff's office said the mugshot of the trooper is not public record and, therefore, will not be released.
