2.) 2925 E Bay Dr.: This three-bedroom, two bath house is selling for $69,900. Situated on a large lot, the home has 1,400 square feet of space, making it an ideal family home. Built in 1959, it has central AC and two full baths.

3.) 135 Melody Lane: This classic Florida home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Described as a handyman special, the home has 1,090 square feet of space. This is a Fannie Mae HomePath Property, which means buyers can purchase the home for as little as 3% down. It's being offered for $74,900.

5.) 9061 Sunrise Dr.: This lovely three bedroom, two bath house has 1,266 square feet of space and is selling for $89,900. Features include a spacious living area, family room, inside laundry, creamic tile throughout and large fenced yard!
