Visions for Vacancies: Former Laundromat

When you go down Indian Rocks Road, what kind of stores do you wish were there?

The property owner of the old laundromat, off of Indian Rocks Road, plans to "fix it up and rent it out as retail space," said Richard Martin, a spokesperson for the property. 

The vacant storefront, near the intersection of Adrian Avenue and Indian Rocks Road, shares the plaza with Munchie's and Michael's Food Store. Munchie's is apparently currently closed for repairs.

The old laundromat has a building permit, which is in the review process with the Largo building department, to remodel its bathrooms, according city spokesperson Brandon Graham.
