Body Of Missing 27-Year-Old Man Discovered
First responders said Friday that the body of a missing 27-year-old was discovered near Haulover Inlet.
MIAMI, FL — First responders said Friday that the body of a missing 27-year-old was discovered near Haulover Inlet.
"The body of Mr. Zachary Forte was recovered near Haulover Inlet," Ronald Washington of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said shortly before 9:30 a.m.
The U.S. Coast Guard and other first responders spent much of Thursday searching for Forte around the inlet. The Coast Guard said rescue divers recovered Forte's body around 8 p.m.Thursday.

Washington told Patch earlier that Forte may have fallen off of a boat.
"We will continue to release additional details as they become available," he said Friday in a statement. "Our thoughts are with the family during this difficult time."

The search team included first responders from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, according to an agency spokesperson who said the crew of a Miami-Dade fireboat participated along with air rescue and at least one drone.
