MIAMI, FL — With President Donald Trump and his administration soon to leave the White House, daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, are planning a post-Washington, D.C., move to South Florida, Page Six reported.

The couple purchased a $30 million waterfront lot on an exclusive island in Miami from singer Julio Iglesias, reports said. Indian Creek Island, dubbed the “Billionaire’s Bunker,” comes with plenty of security — a 13-person police force watches over the island’s 29 residences — and privacy.

Their purchase of the island’s Lot 4, which measures 1.84 acres, closes Dec. 17, reports said. Iglesias originally had it listed at $31.8 million.
