MIAMI, FL — Now that Pres. Donald Trump has left office and his family is relocating to South Florida, his daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law/senior presidential adviser Jared Kushner are renting a luxury condo in Miami, The Real Deal reported.

The couple will rent a condo at Arte, designed by Antonio Citterio, in Miami’s exclusive Surfside neighborhood, reports said.

Construction of the oceanfront building at 8955 Collins Ave., which was developed by Alex Sapir, was completed last year. The 12-story building with 16 units features an outdoor pool, indoor lap pool, a spa and fitness center, a tennis court, residents’ lounge, and air-conditioned parking, reports said.

The Trump family is staking its claim in South Florida. The former president moved into his private Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach Wednesday during Pres. Joe Biden’s inauguration.

His son, Donald Trump Jr., and girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, are also moving to Florida, Florida Politics reported. They’re considering relocating to Jupiter.

And the president’s other daughter, Tiffany Trump, who has been spending time in Miami with her fiancé, Nigerian businessman Michael Boulos, is reportedly looking for a home in Miami Beach.

Some members of Kushner’s family have also moved to South Florida. His brother, Joshua Kushner, and sister-in-law, model Karlie Kloss, purchased a $23.5 million Miami Beach mansion in December.
