Miami Beach Residents Score Hurricane Irma Hotel Deals
The city of Miami Beach has unveiled "Be Our Guest" hotel rates for Miami Beach residents.
MIAMI BEACH, FL — They've gone through a difficult evacuation, been blown around by Irma and in many cases still don't have power. But Miami Beach residents can score a great deal on a hotel room this weekend. The city has negotiated special rates under $100 per night for any resident in the "Be Our Guest" program.
In some cases, prices represent a fraction of regular room rates so book now if you've always wanted to know what it's like to live like one of the pampered tourists in Miami Beach. The offer is aimed at helping people, who lost power or suffered flooding during Hurricane Irma but it's open to all residents.
City officials must bring a photo ID to take advantage of the special pricing.
