Miami-Dade County Parks, Beaches To Close Ahead Of Isaias

Miami-Dade County-operated beaches, parks, marinas, golf courses and the Deering Estate will be closed Saturday ahead of Isaias.

MIAMI, FL — Miami-Dade County-operated beaches, parks, marinas, golf courses and the Deering Estate will be closed Saturday ahead of the anticipated arrival of Tropical Storm Isaias.

County officials said Thursday night that all facilities operated by the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department will close at 8 p.m. Friday and remain closed through Saturday.

"Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces will remain closed throughout Saturday, Aug. 1, 2020, and will evaluate for possible reopening on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020," county officials said.
