Miami-Dade County Teaches How To Compost At Home

Learn the joy of home composting at one of Miami-Dade County's Department of Solid Waste Management's upcoming free workshops.

Miami-Dade County's Department of Solid Waste Management is hosting home composting workshops in cooperation with the Miami-Dade County Cooperative Extension. Composting is nature's way of recycling. Yard waste and food scraps are broken down and become food for plants and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
