Miami Street Closures And Detours During Super Bowl Celebrations

To prepare for street closures and detours residents are encouraged to download Waze Carpool.

To prepare for street closures and detours taking place during Super Bowl LIV celebrations, residents and visitors are encouraged to download Waze Carpool. Rides to and from anywhere in Miami-Dade County will be $2.

The following areas will have street closures taking place Jan. 20 - Feb. 5.

Metrobus service in Downtown Miami will be affected by street closures taking place Jan. 29-Feb. 3. Those attending the Super Bowl Live event at Bayfront Park should take Metromover.

  • Northbound trips detoured from Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami.
  • Northbound trips detoured to SE/NE 1 Ave.
  • Southbound trips detoured from Biscayne Blvd. & SE/NE 2 Ave. in downtown Miami.
  • Southbound trips detoured to N Miami Ave.

Affected routes include:

  • 9
  • 93 Biscayne MAX
  • S
  • 120 Beach MAX

The following Metrobus routes serving the Omni Bus Terminal will be affected by detours:

  • M

  • Northbound trips detoured from Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami.
  • Northbound trips detoured to SE/NE 1 Ave.
  • Southbound trips detoured from Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami.
  • Southbound trips detoured to N Miami Ave.

Route S:

  • Northbound trips detoured from Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami.
  • Northbound trips detoured to SE/NE 1 Ave.
  • Southbound trips detoured from Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami.
  • Southbound trips detoured to N Miami Ave.

Route 93 Biscayne MAX:

  • Northbound trips detoured from Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami.
