Silverspot Cinema Celebrating its Burger & Beer Pairings Menu

Silverspot Cinema - with South Florida locations in Downtown Miami and Coconut Creek - is premiering a delicious and entertaining way to sizzle up your summer! The delicious Burger & Beer Pairings Menu includes the Silverspot Signature Cheeseburger, Angus Beef Burger Sliders, Silverspot’s own unique Impossible Veggie Burger – and beer selections like Pernicious, Red Oak, Stella Artois, and Corona.

The Silverspot Signature Cheeseburger is a blend of short rib, brisket and chuck topped with melted cheddar, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and Silverspot’s signature burger sauce (Suggested beer pairing: Red Oak, Pernicious).

Silverspot’s Angus Beef Sliders include three mini angus burgers, pickles and cheddar cheese – topped with Silverspot’s signature burger sauce (Suggested beer pairing: Stella Artois, Red Oak).

Silverspot’s Impossible Veggie Burger is glazed with a sweet soy sauce while cooking, then topped with melted swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayonnaise and yellow mustard. Additionally topping with avocado is optional (Suggested beer pairing: Corona, Stella Artois).

All of these delicious pairings can be accompanied with Silverspot’s Parmesan Truffle Fries, Sweet Potato Fries or Traditional French Fries.
