Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen Buy Exclusive Miami Property: Report

MIAMI, FL — Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are the latest celebrities to buy waterfront property on the exclusive Indian Creek Island in Miami, The Real Deal reported. They purchased a lot with a teardown at 26 Indian Creek Island Road for $17 million.

Referred to as the “Billionaire’s Bunker,” the island offers its residents privacy and security. A 13-person police force oversees the island, which has around 29 residences.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and his supermodel wife are currently renting Derek Jeter’s Tampa waterfront mansion. That property is on the market for $29 million.

Brady has recently gotten flak for reports that his health and wellness company received a nearly $1 million Paycheck Protection Program loan during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner will also soon call Indian Creek Island home, according to recent reports. With her father’s time in the White House winding down, the couple has been looking to leave Washington, D.C. in the new year. They will build a mansion on a $30 million waterfront lot on the island that they purchased from singer Julio Iglesias.
