InterContinental at Doral Miami is hiring and making sure employees and new hires get pumped up about coming back to work in the hospitality industry. New add-ons have been created to enhance existing benefits.

For starters, all employees as well as new hires will receive a free paid day off with proof of vaccination. Another great incentive to help employees in one of the hardest-hit industry by the pandemic and help get people back in the workforce right away, is paying a supplemental $3 per hour to all employees.

Also, current employees can participate in the hotel’s new Refer a Friend program, in which employees will get a day off with pay after their referral completes 30 days of employment. Other benefits include free food and parking. Position open include room attendants, houseman, laundry attendants, restaurant servers, dishwashers, and front desk agents.
