Miami Beach Tourist Reports Attempted Sexual Battery
The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. Sunday near 9 Street and the beach, according to Miami Beach police.
MIAMI BEACH, FL — An out-of-state tourist reported an attempted sexual battery early Sunday morning near iconic Ocean Drive. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. near 9 Street and the beach, according to Miami Beach police.
"The victim, an out-of-state tourist met the alleged subject the evening before and then reunited with the subject early this morning when the incident occurred," explained Ernesto Rodriguez of the Miami Beach Police Department.

"Detectives are looking for a white, Hispanic male between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 6 inches," Rodriguez said.
