September 17, 2020

The City of Miami Beach has created a new streamlined web portal to better inform residents on all current neighborhood improvement projects — from those managed in public works, capital improvement projects, transportation, parks and recreation and more. Updated by the city’s Neighborhood Affairs Division (NAD), the portal houses all community projects broken down by area (North, Mid and South Beach), and provides relevant project information and contacts.

“We want all Miami Beach stakeholders to easily obtain information on the projects that matter most to them,” said City Manager Jimmy L. Morales. “This portal reinforces our commitment to maintaining transparency.”

With over 30 projects with active construction throughout the city, the portal provides residents with a one-stop-shop for staying current, along with other timely resident resources.
