Miam Beach Police Find No Signs Of Foul Play In Woman's Death
Police were conducting a death investigation into the woman's body found on Miami Beach but have no evidence to suggest foul play.
MIAMI BEACH, FL — Miami Beach police have identified the woman whose body was found along Miami Beach early Monday morning as 42-year-old Laura Vass. Police were still conducting a death investigation as of Thursday afternoon, but found no evience to suggest that the case was a homicide.
"It's still an open death investigation," Ernesto Rodriguez of the Miami Beach Police Department told Patch Thursday afternoon. "There were no apparent signs of a foul play."

Police were called to 17 Street and the beach shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Monday with a report of a woman's body on the beach.
Miami Beach police and Miami Beach Fire Rescue confirmed the woman was dead, according to Rodriguez.
