Miami Beach Chase Ends In Arrest For Couple Over Lamborghini
A couple driving a matte black Lamborghini Hurrican was arrested over the weekend after leading Miami Beach police on a wild chase.

MIAMI BEACH, FL — A couple driving a matte black Lamborghini Hurrican was arrested over the weekend after leading Miami Beach police on a wild chase. The arrests came early Sunday morning after 27-year-old David Hines flagged down an officer to say that his girlfriend had stolen his $200,000 car.
"Officers searched the area and the vehicle was located," according to Shantell Mitchell of the Miami Beach Police Department. "After attempting to conduct an investigation, the male defendant became uncooperative and aggressive. Both the male and female fled the scene and were subsequently captured and arrested."

According to arrest documents, Hines told Miami Beach police at one point that he changed his mind about pressing charges against his girlfriend and that the car was not his.
Hines was charged with battery of a police officer and resisting an officer. His girlfriend, identified as 28-year-old Brianna Rodriguez was charged with fleeing or eluding a police officer, possession of a controlled substance and resisting an officer.
