Miami Beach has some pricey homes, but Doral, Key Biscayne and Coral Gables also made the list of the priciest zip codes in Florida.

MIAMI BEACH, FL — In addition to being one of the top nightlife destinations in the United States, Miami Beach now holds a new designation. It is home to the priciest zip code in Florida, according to a new report. Nearby Doral had the third priciest zip code while Key Biscayne holds the fourth priciest postal code in the Sunshine State.
"With a median sale price of $3.4 million, Miami Beach’s 33109 is Florida’s number one most expensive zip code," according to real estate website PropertyShark. "Located in the exclusive community of Fisher Island, 33109 also ranks as fourth most expensive zip in the country in 2016. A long-time chart-topper of expensive zip codes, Fisher Island is located on an eponymous barrier island, accessible only by boat."
