Miami Patch's Featured Cocktails: Fit for an Oscar
These cocktails are the next best thing to a celebrity-filled Oscar party.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Allaire Tequila
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle in Adobo
Preparation:
- 1. Coat the rim of a coupe glass with salt.
- 2. To a cocktail shaker, add the syrup and chipotle.
- 3. Muddle thoroughly.
- 4. To the mixture, add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice.
- 5. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
- 6. Into the coupe glass, strain the mixture.
- 7. Float 1 slice of jalepeno on top.
High Water
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Allaire Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. Combier Rose Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 3 oz. bitter lemon soda
1. Coat the rim of a highball glass with salt and fill with ice.
2. To the glass, add the first 4 ingredients.
3. Stir briskly.
4. Top with bitter lemon soda.
5. Garnish with extra-long zest of lemon.
