MIAMI BEACH, FL — If you're celebrating St. Patrick's Day at home, there's no reason why the party can't come to you. Patch brings you some cocktail recipes to help make your St. Patrick's Day weekend a little greener.

The Sour Irish

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Jameson
  • 0.5 ounces Disaronno
  • 0.5 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Directions

  • Into a shaker, add ice.
  • Into the ice and shaker add all ingredients, including the egg white.
  • Shake vigorously preferably while doing your best impression of Riverdance.
  • Into a coupe glass, strain the mixture.

Garnish with an Irish flag made from green, white and orange sugar powder. Use food coloring to color the sugar.

Many Waters

Ingredients

1.5 ounces Tullamore DEW XO Caribbean Cask Rum
0.5 ounce simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top with coconut water

Directions

  • Into a shaker without ice, add all ingredients.
  • Shake again using your newly fine tuned Riverdance impression.
  • Into a tall glass with ice, strain the mixture.

Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Milagro Silver Tequila
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 1 slice tomatillo
  • 1 pinch cilantro
  • 1 slice jalapeno
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • In a shaker without ice, add all ingredients.
  • Shake like this is the finale of Riverdance.
  • Into a tall glass with ice, strain the mixture.

Garnish with cucumber.
