Today, we’re looking at the Reserve at Sea Forest in the New Port Richey area. Billed as Mediterranean-style waterfront luxury townhomes, the complex is located 6501 Sea Forest Drive.

Located right near Robert K. Reese Memorial Park, it was previously owned by the Reserve at Sea Forest, LLC. The agent for the limited liability corporation was Paragon Capital Partners, LLC, a Tampa-based company. 

Sea Forest Reserve, LLC, was dissolved in 2010, according to state records.

The current owner of record is RSF Homeowners Association, c/o Sentry Management, according to Pasco County records. RSF Homeowners Association is based in Longwood, Fla.
