Get Free Bonefish Grill Bang Bang Shrimp in August

Tampa Bay area residents with a taste for Bonefish Grill’s Bang Bang Shrimp are getting the opportunity to enjoy an order on the house.

Bonefish and the ride-sharing company Uber have announced a promotion that runs Aug. 1-15 at select restaurant locations. New Uber users who enter the promo code “BONEFISH” when booking rides using the Uber app will get a free ride (up to $20) to the nearest Bonefish. If those riders present their Uber receipt from the mobile device at the restaurant, they’ll also enjoy a free order of Bang Bang Shrimp, the two companies announced in a media release.

Existing Uber users aren’t being left out either. All they need to do is show their Uber receipt at their local restaurant to take advantage of the free shrimp offer.

“We are always looking to partner with other innovative brands within Bonefish Grill’s footprint,” explained Lauren Cresta, digital marketing manager of Bonefish Grill. “The Uber customer is the perfect demographic for Bonefish Grill, and we thought it would create great synergy to team up with another trendsetting company.”
