ICYMI: Tampa Premium Outlets Announces Opening Lineup

As work continues on Tampa Premium Outlets to ready for an October opening, the mall’s developer has announced the initial lineup of stores for the new location.

While the mall, located near the Interstate 75 exit on State Road 56, will eventually boast 110 stores, these retailers will be among the first to open their doors to customers:

• Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th
• Adidas
• Banana Republic Factory Store
• Brooks Brothers Factory Store
• Coach
• Cole Haan
• Disney Store Outlet
• Ecco
• Express Factory Outlet
• Fossil
• Gap Factory Outlet
• Hartstrings
• Nike Factory Store
• Samsonite, and more

“Tampa Premium Outlets provides one-stop shopping and these diverse retail offerings will appeal to our entire customer base, which includes not only southwest Florida residents but tourists, as well,” Stacey Nance, the mall’s general manager, was quoted in a media release as saying.

The 441,000-square-foot shopping center will also have its own food pavilion. The opening date has been set for Oct. 29. Other retailers lined up include Guess, the Limited and Tilly’s. The outlet stores are anticipated to offer savings of 25 to 65 percent over regular retail prices, mall officials say.

It is unclear how soon all stores scheduled for the new location will open their doors.
