Sweetwater Organic Community Farm FREE Farm Tour!
Come to a FREE family-friendly Farm Tour and learn about organic farming!
Join Farmers Travis and Jenise, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturday, July 30th for a family-friendly, informative, and free tour of Sweetwater Farm. This walking tour will include information on what’s in season, how our small scale farm operates, and organic agriculture, including information on our CSA membership program. The kids are sure to love meeting Sweetie Pig and the chickens! Come see how a picturesque farm in an urban center thrives, and supports the community. Please bring something to drink and wear close-toed shoes. Apply sunscreen and bug spray before you reach the farm. Supervised children are welcome. Well-behaved, leashed dogs also welcome.
