Tampa Premium Outlets' Job Fair Set for Thursday
More than 800 jobs are up for grabs at the new mall.

Tampa Bay area residents looking for work will find hundreds of jobs up for grabs as Tampa Premium Outlets prepares for its October opening.
To help the 110 or so stores lined up to open in the new mall get the open positions filled, a job fair has been set for Aug. 27. The Central Pasco mall is teaming up with the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce to host the event, which takes place Embassy Suites, 3705 Spectrum Blvd., from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

All told, Tampa Premium Outlet officials say more than 800 seasonal, part-time, full-time and management positions are available. Hiring retailers will be on hand during the fair to distribute applications and to conduct interviews.
“Attendees are asked to come dressed to impress in professional attire and have copies of their resume on hand,” a media release stated.

The new mall is set to open Oct. 29 near the Interstate 75 and State Road 56 interchange. It will feature such outlet stores as Saks OFF 5th, Disney, Tilly’s, the Limited and Nike.
