Miami-Dade Department of Transportation and Public Works have advised Palmetto Bay that the temporary 4 way stop signs that were installed on 87th Avenue and 174th Street until the roundabout was constructed will be removed immediately since the Village didn't approve such project at the last Council Meeting. There will be a Special Council Meeting on Thursday, October 17th at 7 PM to discuss filing an emergency motion for injunctive relief in the 11th circuit court against the county to prohibit them from removing the stop signs due to public safety at least until the County Commission can rule on this.
