The storm is now approximately 1,205 miles east of the southern Windward Islands.

WEATHER ALERT: The Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is monitoring Tropical Storm Gonzalo in the Atlantic Ocean approximately 1,205 miles east of the southern Windward Islands. This system does not currently pose a threat to Miami-Dade County. OEM will continue to monitor this weather system and will provide additional notifications if the system becomes a threat to Miami-Dade County or as conditions warrant.
